  2. ei. tatanong ko lng tungkol sa gym workout ko. nagbubuhat ako 6x a week. one body part (Chest, Biceps, Back, Triceps, Shoulders, Legs) 4sets w/ reps of (15,12,10,8). sa tingin mo ayos ba ang ganito? BTW. 20 y/o ako and 110Lbs lng ako. kakaumpisa ko lang ulit mag'gym ntigil ako for 1month. nung bago ako mgbuhat 100Lbs lng ako tpos nung mga 1st-2nd month un nag gain ako ng 10Lbs, di ko lam kung dhil un sa chinese product na tinake ko, pero tinigilan ko dahil npansin ko tiyan lang ung lumalaki sa akin tsaka ngmamanas mukha ko kaya yun. ngayon di n ko mkapag gain ng weight ang hirap nsa genes din ksi namin (father side). pero malakas nman ako (yata?) kasi kya ko 120Lbs s bench na magisa. sa ngayon wla akong tinitake khit ano. balak kong mgtake ng Amino 2222 tsaka centrum. ano sa tingin mo kuya? salamat sa blog mo tsaka sa mga tips/comments mo sa pinoy xchange medyo may nkukuha ako. :)
